Whether on the floor with the infants or facilitating an activity with the preschoolers, working with children is an amazing experience. I love that as a Director I can provide support for the teachers, and develop strong relationships with all of the children and families. The difference that we can make, and receiving all the hugs at the end of the night makes this a career second to none.
<p><!--block-->Stacey joined the West Bloomfield team in November 2016 as the Assistant Director. Stacey is very dedicated to providing the best customer service to every single family. She also loves having the opportunity to interact with each child in our center. Stacey is passionate about making sure each child's needs are met and that each teacher has the support that they need to be the very best each day. Stacey brings her creativity and organization to the center! The children just love to stop by her desk each night to see what she's got for them to play with!!</p>
<p><!--block-->Kristyna joined our team in 2014, and we are excited to have her working with our youngest students, the Infants. Kristyna loves working with the Infants! After many years of working with children she has found her favorite classroom. When stopping by the Infant room you can see Kristyna singing songs during a small circle time, rocking a child to sleep, or getting messy with an art or sensory project. Kristyna loves to share pictures with the families and often will send a quick photo to make a parent's day! </p>
<p><!--block-->As the parent of an Infant herself, Ashley loves babies! She was so excited to have the opportunity to work with our older Infants - those who are crawling, cruising or walking. In 2017 we opened this second classroom to provide more space for our busy babies, and to allow our littlest ones to have their own classroom. Whether singing, rocking, playing with the instruments or getting involved with our "Wet & Messy" curriculum activities, Ashley is always busy with our babies! She is always excited to plan her days with whatever the theme may be. She has a great imagination, a creative eye, and a calm way about her that the children truly love. We are lucky to have Ms. Ashley on our team!</p>
Shannon was previously our Lead Toddler B teacher, and ran an amazing classroom. The children loved her welcoming environment where Shannon would encourage the children to learn through creativity, hands on experiences and songs, movement and engaging lessons! Shannon has stepped into the Assistant Director role with ease. Shannon can often be seen lending a hand in a classroom, helping a new child transition into their classroom at the beginning of the day, or training and developing new and seasoned teachers. Shannon develops great relationships with parents by sharing news of their child's activities and progress each and every day
